Your account with us provides you with an email address. This will become your main email address for recieving mail. All mail to this address will be filtered through our spam and virus Removal filters. This account will also provide you with a limited number of GETMAIL accounts. These GETMAIL accounts will retrieve mail from your other email accounts and deliver them to your you@cleanmailonline.com account where they will also be run through our filters to remove all viruses and remove or mark spam. |

Cleanmailonline.com uses state of the art methods for spam detection, each email is thouroughly scanned using multiple span identification methods, and is individually configurable for your personal email account. After scanning, the email is given a grade, this grade is then used to determine if the email is in fact spam or not. Although the default configuration is recommended, you have the ability to change not only the grading criteria, but also the grade where the email is identified as spam. You also have the ability to:
a) DELETE SPAM
b) MARK SPAM with a personal spam tag. |

Each message is scanned by our virus engines, the virus definitions are updated every few hours to keep up with any new virus or virus strains which may have just been identified. Should a virus be found it will be deleted and a message will be sent to the sender of the virus to inform them that the email they sent contained a virus. |
